This elegant Paris black and white tunic short dress is made out of a white jersey and a black and white damask jersey. The tunic is hand printed with the Eiffel Tower and embellished with black flowers, beads and lace. The bottom of the top is hemmed with a black ruffled lace. The puff sleeves give the tunic a romantic and feminine touch. The tunic length is about 30" from back neckline to hem.
The little girl's twirl dress has a shirred bodice for a perfect fit. The shoulder straps tie in the back and allow you to adjust the dress to your sweetie's size.
