This art to wear top is handmade with a solid seafoam green cotton lycra jersey that I hand painted with metallic gold and metallic copper. The paint is permanent and will not wash away. The short puff sleeves and empire are very feminine and flattering and look great on any body shapes from slim to plus size. The tunic has a fitted bodice and becomes flared at the empire waist. It can be worn with leggings, pants or a long skirt.
