Such a unique and beautiful tee for spring summer! This artsy t-shirt is handmade with a cotton lycra jersey that I hand painted with green and aqua shades and then sun printed with some treasures from my garden: Japanese maple leaves, cypress leaves and fallen twigs. Because the painting is done on wet fabric it gives a beautiful watercolor effect and creates new color shades as they blend together. The sun printing technique consists in painting on wet cloth and then apply some objects on to the wet painted fabric. It is then left to dry in the sun. Once the fabric is dry, it will leave the marks of the objects that were placed on the fabric.
