Lavender Fields Painting

Original painting on canvas board of lavender flowers. I love lavender and they are a such a great source of inspiration! For this work of art I first covered the canvas panel with texture and then painted over it with acrylic paint using watercolor technique that allowed the subbtle mix and blending of colors. I finished the painting with some palette knife work on some of the flowers to give more texture and interest to this painting. This is such a beautiful wall art for any home and would also make a great house warming gift! This work of art is the original.

The painting comes unframed. The painting is signed and finished with clear varnish.
