Ocean Trail #2 Painting

This original mixed media seascape painting was inspired by our hikes in Torrey Pines, California. I was very inspired by the dry and cracked soil, on which tiny flowers where growing during our last visit there, and wanted to recreate this effect. For this I used a specific medium that dries as it cracks. The results are always unpredictable and create different effects each time. This original artwork was hand painted with acrylics on a cradle wood panel size 7" x 5". The edges are painted in solid black. The painting is varnished and signed in front and back. It comes with a wire in the back for proper hanging. This original artwork is very dynamic and will be a great addition to any modern home or beach house. Its small size is perfect for small spaces.
