This original abstract floral painting was inspired by our visit to the Atlanta botanical garden and its orchid exhibition. As soon as I saw the orchids hanging in the air with their roots going down I knew I had to paint those. This contemporary artwork is hand painted in a very minimalist way using loose brush strokes. This piece is painted on a gallery wrapped canvas size 16" x 20" using acrylics inks and paints. The artwork is framed with a black floater frame.
