This original abstract floral painting was inspired by our visit to the Atlanta botanical garden and its orchid exhibition. As soon as I saw the orchids hanging in the air with their roots going down I knew I had to paint those. This contemporary artwork is hand painted in a very minimalist way using loose brush strokes. This piece is painted using acrylics inks and paint on an archival grade canvas panel. The size of the painting is 9" x 12". It is varnished and comes with a wooden black frame. The frame doesn't have glass. Its small size is perfect for small spaces or for small gifts.
