This neck warmer scarf is handmade with a soft dark teal cotton lycra jersey that I hand printed. I first painted the fabric with brush strokes using metallic perleascent white paint. I then hand printed the fabric with a black leaf pattern using stamps that I created. The paint has been carefully heat set to make it permanent. The reverse side of the scarf is solid dark teal. This neck wrap ties with a metallic silver button. The fabric is very soft on the skin and it will keep you warm.
