This fashion neck scarf is handmade with a dusty rose pink cotton lycra jersey that I hand dyed using a unique technique called ice dyeing. I then went over it and hand drew a cityscape. The pattern is permanent. The reverse side of this button cowl is solid dusty rose pink. The neck warmer scarf wraps easily around the neck and stays put thanks to the button closure. The contrasting black and gray button was handmade with polymer clay. This wearable art scarf is stylish and elegant and will make a wonderful gift for any woman who wants to feel special.
